Through experimental image transfers layered into woven polymer “textiles,” this body of work explores the fragility and resilience of human connection, where translucent portraits—interlaced with urgent inscriptions such as “Treat me right” and “Hurry up and wait”—become suspended negotiations between visibility and erasure, intimacy and distance, desire and demand. The material’s accidental discovery echoes the uncertainty of relationships themselves, rendering each portrait as both a physical and emotional palimpsest, caught in the tension between what is seen, said, and left unsaid.
